Debate advice for Obama
I'm voting for Jill Stein, but I still want Obama to crush Romney in the debates. If the Republicans and Libertarians were out of the picture, we could have a serious debate between the Greens and the Democrats. So here's my advice:
1) Try to get Romney to contradict himself within the same debate, based on responses he has given in the past.
2) If he disagrees on the facts, say, "Don't take my word for it," and try to provide a trusted source.
3) Bring up examples of Republicans who are within the 47%, like people from the 10% who don't pay taxes because they are retired.
4) It might be fun to joke about how Romney's dad was born in Mexico and ran for President.
This is not the first time I've given advice to President Obama. I have posts in the archive of this blog from November 2008 onward with advice and predictions, some right and some wrong. Here's what I posted right after Obama was elected: http://www.tomstream.blogspot.com/2008/11/change.html
