How to steal an election
Step one, create extra voter registrations. These can be people who have moved. Keep them in the database to create a “credit line“ of extra votes for each age group. Step two, use the census to determine the population for each age group within each county. To keep it believable, registrations must be less than the total population. Step three, print extra ballots. Localities can have different ballots, down to the precinct level, for city Council, school board, etc. To keep it believable, ballots must be less than the total registrations. Step four, flood the zone with absentee ballots. These are easier to manipulate or replace. Once they are removed from the envelopes, it is harder to go back and verify. Step five, monitor the actual vote on election day. Each voting machine is connected to the Internet. Monitor the totals to see how many fake ballots are needed. Step six, add the fake ballots. I’m not sure if this was done within the voting machines, if fake ballots were fed into the machines by election workers, or if they were rescanned, like in Fulton County Georgia. Step seven, if this is not enough, halt the counting process until more ballots can be delivered. This is what happened overnight in some of the swing states. This is my assessment based on what I’ve read from various sources including Frank and DePerno.
