If you Google X-Chess, you get a newer show with better production, but we felt like we were pioneers at the time!
I'm a fan of Jennifer Shahade, co-host of X Chess Championships.
XCC has two interesting rules. One is bidding for white by taking less time, and the other is tie-breakers using the just the remaining time. I think our most interesting rule in XC was awarding a point in the standings to encourage checkmate.
