Regional Autonomy
Regional Autonomy seems to be the logical solution in Ukraine and other parts of the world. I'm reminded of Yugoslavia, Iraq, and Libya.

I'm still disappointed in people's attitudes about Syria. It's immoral to let so many people die like that, when the cost to save them is relatively low. Like what we did in Yugoslavia. I'm also disappointed in Putin. On the lighter side, I wonder if Yanukovych will meet with Snowden. I do like Snowden.
A chess game between Yanukovych and Snowden would be much better than violent conflict.
NATO could reinforce the non-Crimean portion of Ukraine. Civilians should be allowed to choose what side they will live on.
