Article 3.1 and 22nd amendment

If Lindell provides compelling evidence and the Supreme Court still refuses to do the right thing, they can be impeached. Though it might take two years to get a majority in the House, and six years to get a super majority in the Senate. If a Vice President takes over for a President with more than two years remaining in the term, he or she can only run for one more four-year term. Does this mean that if Trump is reinstated with more than two years remaining in the term, he cannot run again in 2024? How is that fair, when he was robbed of this precious time?

Maybe states will pass another amendment to the U.S. Constitution, saying that if there is election fraud, the winning candidate can run for a third term.
