Good things to say about Jones Radio
I’m still upset with Ed Schultz for cutting me off that day as soon as I mentioned Michael Cavlan and the Green Party, but I’m glad that he recently spoke in favor of impeachment.
And I was pleased to hear Bill Press, also of the Jones Radio Network, criticizing Democrats for not cutting war funding. That died in committee recently, as I understand it.

I enjoy reading publications s "Daily Kos" etc. if you read material from Dem activists, you discover they are quite self righteous about the party.
I just added a link to it on my News page. (Click "News" in the upper right margin.) I must admit I rarely read my own News links. Today Counterpunch had an interesting article on H. Clinton's temper. They also claim that Rumsfeld micromanaged the torturing of prisoners.
The upper part of the right margin of the Home page, that is.
I really enjoy listening to ed Schultz because I think he is honest and truly a down to earth guy who seems to learn from his own show. However, I don't think he is thoughtful about some of his subjects. A few weeks ago he said that he is pro-nuclear power as a clean and renewable source of power. He obviously did not research the subject. There is another big one that slips my mind right now...
But what really irks me is that he cals himself a "Progressive," and a middle-of-the-road Democrat/moderate. I respect his honesty but Progressives are not middle of the road moderates. Modern Progressives are not Teddy Roosevelt Progressives as he is likely confusing with his own politics.
I guess one could get intp the preciseness of being a Progressive, but I can say for sure that he is NOT a modern Progressive.
Anyway Tom, thanks the Flame Metals blurb a few weeks ago....the Sun Sailor published it as a letter to the editor!!
