Bush may need that lawyer
If Bush is implicated in any of these scandals involving Karl Rove, Tom Delay, or Jack Abramov, he may wish he had kept his lawyer, Harriet Miers, rather than nominating her to the Supreme Court. Then again, maybe she'll be the one who gets him off the hook on appeal.

That would be amusing to see Bush on trial. Just remember that he is the one who thinks the death penalty is swish.
