Officer Andersen:
“After he was knocked to the ground from the first three, the gun was still in his hand. And I was still yelling, drop the gun, drop the gun. At that point he was laying on his back and raised the gun up a third time and that’s when I shot five more times.”
…At one point, Andersen contradicts his own earlier testimony about Lee being on the ground with a gun in his hand, and says…
“I remember Fong falling onto his back and I remember watching the handgun fall approximately three feet from his left hand.”
